After trying 5 colors in this new line here are my thoughts: I do find them just as shiny without a top coat. If you always wear top coat is it worth the extra $1? That's a personal choice. I always wear top coat but do like the freedom to not "have to". I personally think the formula alone makes it worth it. It's fantastic! I'm a sinful addict...I want all 32...

Oh! Yes, there are some colors that are really close to existing colors. So, again that is a personal choice. I've also noticed a few are very similar to LE colors...

Most Sinful is really close to Endless Blue (These are becoming my favorite types of blues, so I *needed* it.)
