OPI: Holiday Glow

This post is going to be short and sweet, I've come down with a wicked cold.  I had to paint one hand at a time, I have so much sinus pressure and my nose will not stop running.  Here is Holiday Glow.  3 coats of polish topped with Pose topcoat. All pics are clickable to enlarge.  Enjoy ladies!

OPI: Mrs. O'Leary's BBQ

I've finally decided to go through my untried stash!  Mrs. O'Leary's BBQ is from OPI's 2005 Chicago Collection.  Sadly, I only have this polish and Lincoln Park After Dark.  I've lived near Chicago for most of my life!  I really should have the entire collection...right?  I remember seeing a bottle in my sister's collection, and thinking it was a really pretty, vampy color.  This polish does take some heat for the name....it is a bit twisted.  I used 3 coats for this manicure and topped it off with Poshe.  All photos taken in artificial light and are clickable to enlarge.

I really like this color! I does look like bbq sauce, it was actually making me hungry at work today! Hahaha.

China Glaze: Virtual Violet

Virtual Violet is from the Tronica collection.  This collection was released early this year, as a Sally Beauty exclusive (if I remember correctly).  I was able to snag the entire collection.  Virtual Violet applied perfectly in 2 coats.  The holo effect is very similar to Color Club's in my opinion.  I topped this manicure off with Poshe fast dry topcoat.  It did not dull the holo effect at all.  All photos were taken under artificial lighting.  Photos are clickable to enlarge.
