Sinful Colors: Outrages

I was lucky enough to get this in a swap with my friend, Ana.  "Outrages" is from the Wow! Pop! display, only seen at Rite Aid.  It is a gorgeous berry creme and the application was flawless!  You could easily get away with 1 coat, although I did 2.  I always do 2 coats minimum.

I finished it off with top coat and snapped a few pictures outside.
